Design Head

We are specializing in design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Fire-Detection, Security access control & CCTV Solutions, which are all life safety systems. To strengthen our existing team at Delhi we require:

Design Head – fully familiar with design of Fire detection & P.A., CCTV, Access Control and worked on latest Autocad. He will be fully responsible for the performance, discipline, quality, productivity, and timely output of the Design Team under his/her supervision.

Key responsibilities

·        Lead, supervise, and control the day-to-day activities of the Design Team.

·        Allocate work to team members and ensure timely completion as per project requirements.

·        Take full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of drawings prepared by the team.

·        Design, review and approve AutoCAD and Revit / BIM drawings before submission.

·         

·        Ensure proper coordination between design, site, project, and other relevant departments.

·        Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability within the Design Team.

·        Provide technical guidance and support to team members whenever required.

·        Monitor project schedules and ensure drawings are completed within agreed timelines.

·        Ensure compliance with company standards, drawing standards, and project specifications.

·        Train and develop junior team members to improve their technical skills and productivity.

·        Maintain proper records, revisions, and document control of all drawings.

·        Report progress, delays, technical issues, and team performance to management.

·        Knowledge on REVIT will be added advantage.
