About Us
NDMIT is a career-focused training institute offering industry-oriented programs in Digital Marketing, Data Science and E Commerce.
We are looking for a Sales Manager cum Branch Manager primarily responsible for student counselling, sales, lead conversion, and achieving admission/revenue targets. Branch management will be a secondary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student counselling, admissions & sales.
- Convert leads through calls, meetings, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations.
- Manage lead pipeline and maintain CRM/Excel records.
- Support and guide the counselling/sales team.
- Handle basic branch operations and coordination when required.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, EdTech, Education Sales, Training or Admissions.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales & target-oriented approach.
- Experience in lead generation, lead conversion and customer relationship management.
- Team-handling experience preferred.
