Job Description
- Job Responsibilities: Handle potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand clients’ business needs and requirements.
- Explain and sell Akcoda’s software, websites, e-commerce solutions, custom portals, and mobile applications.
- Follow up with interested clients and answer their basic queries.
- Convert potential clients into customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Maintain client and sales records in Microsoft Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build good and professional relationships with clients.
- Requirements: Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Confident and comfortable talking to clients on calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
