Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, client-facing Sales Coordinator with excellent English communication skills, strong CRM knowledge, and practical knowledge of AI tools. The candidate should be confident in handling clients, managing relationships, and coordinating sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client meetings, inquiries, follow-ups, and professional communications.

- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments.

- Maintain client relationships and manage CRM records.

- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation.

- Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline daily tasks.

- Resolve customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidate, preferably 30–40 years of age.

- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, or customer handling.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in daily work.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.

- Stable employment history, preferably 2–3 years with previous employers.

Compensation

₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
