Job Description

Hiring: Floor Captain – Café

We are looking for an experienced Floor Captain for our café in East Delhi.

Responsibilities include managing floor service, taking orders, handling customers, coordinating with kitchen/barista team, supervising stewards, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in café/restaurant service
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Presentable, punctual and disciplined
  • Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
  • Immediate joining preferred

Salary as per experience. Food provided.
