Job Description

Quality Control (QC) Chemist / Plastic Testing Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • MFI Testing: Perform Melt Flow Index (MFI) tests to measure the flow rate and viscosity of plastic granules.
  • Material Testing: Conduct physical and chemical tests (such as moisture, density, and strength checks) to ensure raw material quality.
  • Documentation: Record test data accurately and issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory testing instruments.
  • Quality Control: Identify and report batch defects or non-conformities to the production team.
