Job Description
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Coordinate with different departments and business locations to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, rules, regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for company operations.
- Communicate important updates, announcements, and instructions from the head office to relevant employees and business locations.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for store executives and other staff to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and provide guidance to employees whenever required.
- Maintain regular communication with the head office and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, accounts, marketing, and management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend measures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and brand standards across all business locations.
