Job Description
Customer Handling: Greet customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Product Knowledge: Explain gold, diamond, polki, kundan and other jewellery designs, including weight, purity, certification and pricing.
Sales & Conversion: Recommend suitable jewellery and convert enquiries into sales.
Customer Follow-ups: Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp regarding their purchase decisions.
Lead Management: Maintain customer records, manage enquiries and update CRM software.
Product Presentation: Showcase new collections and suggest designs according to customers’ budgets and occasions.
After-Sales Service: Assist customers with feedback, queries and service-related requirements.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
