Job Description
Product: Used Commercial Vehicle Loans
Designation: Sales Officer
Maximum CTC: upto 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business for Used Commercial Vehicle Loans through direct sourcing and market visits.
- Identify and acquire customers looking to finance used commercial vehicles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealers, brokers, DSA partners, and existing customers.
- Source quality loan applications and ensure timely processing of documentation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Conduct field visits for customer verification and business development.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring portfolio quality.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in sales of Used Commercial Vehicle Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, or related secured lending products.
- Knowledge of local markets, vehicle dealers, and customer sourcing channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a field sales environment and achieve business targets.
- Freshers with relevant sales aptitude may be considered, depending on the hiring requirement.
CTC: Up to 4 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
