Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to UK-based consumers or businesses to pitch our products/services.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients to determine their needs, budget, and purchasing authority.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales pitches, handle customer objections on the spot, and negotiate deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer data, call logs, and sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on UK market trends and competitor offerings to better position our services.
