Job Summary:

Advance Home Decor is looking for an experienced Interior Site Incharge to manage interior project execution at our client sites in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and designers, manage materials and labor, and ensure that work is completed as per design, quality, and timeline standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities.
• Interpret and execute technical and construction drawings accurately.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors for smooth project flow.
• Manage materials, manpower, and site inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, timelines, and handle troubleshooting on-site.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at the worksite.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Age: 20 – 40 years
• Gender: Both genders allowed
• Education: Diploma ( Interior Design preferred)
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Shift: Day (Full Time)
