Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills to handle vendor payments, client follow-ups, and routine accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Prepare and update financial records in Excel
- Handle vendor accounts, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups via WhatsApp and email
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
- Support management with regular MIS and accounting reports
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent email and WhatsApp communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
- Professional and polite behavior in all correspondence
- Candidates with good written communication and attention to detail will be preferred
