Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with immigration clients.
- Handle client inquiries regarding PR, Work Permit, Student Visa, Visitor Visa, and other immigration services.
- Follow up with leads and guide clients throughout the immigration process.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth case processing.
- Provide regular updates to clients on their application status.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve client engagement, retention, and revenue targets.
