Hiring: HR Recruiter
📍 Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
💼 Experience: 3–4 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Full-Time | On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare JDs and understand client requirements.
- Candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, and joining coordination.
- Handle both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Graduation mandatory; Master's in HR preferred.
