Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and patient home tutor to help a student improve their academic performance. You will travel to the student's home to deliver customized lessons, assist with homework, and prepare for upcoming tests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching: Deliver one-on-one lessons tailored to the student's learning style and pace.
  • Homework Support: Assist with daily school assignments, projects, and difficult concepts.
  • Exam Preparation: Create practice tests and review sessions to get ready for quizzes and exams.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor academic growth and provide regular updates to parents.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or current enrollment in college is preferred.
  • Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge in the specific subject areas needed (e.g., math, science, or English).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Professionalism: Punctual, patient, and reliable with dependable transportation to the student's home.
