Eligibility & Qualifications:

·       Post-Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology

·       B.Ed. is mandatory

·       Strong proficiency in Information Technology and Computer Applications

·       Prior school teaching experience will be preferred

·       Sound knowledge of school-level Computer Science/IT curriculum

·       Knowledge of assessment, lesson planning, worksheets and academic documentation

·       Ability to effectively engage students and use technology-enabled teaching methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

·       Deliver effective and engaging IT/Computer Science lessons at the school level

·       Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and teaching-learning material

·       Conduct practical/lab sessions and ensure effective utilisation of computer laboratory resources

·       Assess and monitor students' academic progress

·       Maintain academic records and complete assigned school documentation

·       Participate in school activities, events, examinations and other academic responsibilities

·       Support students in developing digital literacy, computational and problem-solving skills

·       Stay updated with emerging technologies and relevant educational practices

Preferred Skills:

·       Excellent communication and classroom management skills

·       Ability to integrate practical activities and digital tools into classroom teaching

·       Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions

·       Strong understanding of programming and computational concepts

·       Design and deliver case study and subjective knowledge of educational technology and smart-class tools

·       Familiarity with age-appropriate AI/digital tools will be an added advantage
