Floor Manager

1. Floor & Outlet Operations

• Manage the complete floor operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet.
• Monitor customer flow, table/floor service, billing, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, fresh, and available throughout the day.
• Coordinate with the production/kitchen team for product availability and replenishment.

2. Team Management

• Supervise, guide, and motivate sales and service staff.
• Allocate duties and prepare staff shift schedules.
• Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Train new employees on customer service, product knowledge, and company procedures.
• Handle staff issues and maintain a positive working environment.

3. Sales & Customer Service

• Drive daily sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick solutions.
• Promote bakery products, special offers, combos, and seasonal products.
• Monitor upselling and cross-selling by the team.

4. Inventory & Product Control

• Monitor daily stock levels and product availability.
• Coordinate with the store/production team for replenishment.
• Minimize product wastage, damage, and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
• Monitor expiry dates and product quality.

5. Hygiene & Quality

• Ensure high standards of personal hygiene and staff grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, counters, equipment, and customer areas.
• Ensure food safety and company SOPs are followed.
• Conduct regular checks of product quality and presentation.

6. Cash & Reporting

• Monitor billing and cash-counter operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Check daily sales, wastage, stock, and operational reports.
• Report daily operational issues and performance to the management.

• Preferred QualificationsGraduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, QSR, or food-retail operations.
• Experience managing a team will be preferred.
