eCommerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Flipkart, Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
• Handle orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer queries.
• Manage and update the company’s own e-commerce website.
• Monitor product performance, sales, conversion and marketplace rankings.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, dispatch and accounts teams.
• Manage marketplace promotions, offers and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and pricing across all sales channels.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Identify new products and opportunities for online sales growth.
• Ensure products are properly packed, dispatched and delivered on time.
• Work on SEO, keywords and product content to improve online visibility.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Practical experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and preferably Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience managing an e-commerce website.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of product listing, inventory, orders, returns and marketplace ads.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
