Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of construction chemicals and building materials through market visits and dealer development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market visits and generate new sales
  • Develop and manage dealers and distributors
  • Meet architects, builders and contractors
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects
  • Identify and onboard new dealers
  • Handle order booking and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant field sales experience preferred
  • Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, tiles or related industries preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for market visits
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Location: Mangolpuri Industrial Area Phase 2, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
