Job Description
• Customer Associate ko daily warehouse/hub par report karna hoga.
• Loading/unloading staff ki madad se van mein large parcels ko safely load karna hoga.
• Assigned parcels ko customer ke Door-to-Door address par deliver karna hoga.
• Assigned sabhi parcels par delivery attempt karna aur customers se proper communication karna hoga.
• Customer se delivery ke samay polite aur professional communication maintain karni hogi.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels ki delivery par customer se received cash ko safely handle karna hoga.
• Delivery ke baad collected COD cash ko safely warehouse/hub par wapas laakar Hub Incharge ko jama karna hoga.
• Jo parcels deliver nahi ho paate, unhe safely warehouse/hub par return karke jama karna hoga.
• Parcel aur collected cash ki proper safety aur accountability maintain karni hogi.
• Daily delivery aur cash collection ka record company ke process ke according maintain/update karna hoga.
