Job Description
Job Title: Credit Card Collection Executive
Department: Collections & Recovery
Job Summary:
Responsible for contacting credit card customers with overdue payments, reminding them of outstanding dues, and encouraging timely repayment while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through outbound calls to follow up on overdue credit card payments.
- Explain outstanding balances, minimum due amounts, and payment deadlines.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and secure payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment promises.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to overdue payments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and applicable customer communication rules.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented approach.
