Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the BERSACHE D2C website.
* Manage Shopify website, products, collections, pricing and inventory.
* Ensure website content, banners, offers and product listings are updated regularly.
* Monitor website sales, conversion rate, traffic, AOV and overall performance.
* Plan and execute website promotions, discounts and campaigns.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for performance campaigns and website activities.
* Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
* Manage website merchandising and product visibility.
* Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment.
* Monitor website orders, cancellations, returns and customer issues.
* Prepare regular D2C performance reports and business insights.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase repeat purchases.
