Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible E-Commerce Executive Intern to support our day-to-day online marketplace operations.

The intern will assist with product listings, order management, customer support, inventory updates, marketplace research, and basic reporting across platforms such as eBay, Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and updating product listings.
• Write and edit product titles, descriptions and item details.
• Upload product images and maintain listing accuracy.
• Monitor and process online orders.
• Update order and tracking details on marketplaces.
• Assist with customer queries, messages and complaints.
• Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
• Track shipments and delivery status.
• Update stock, pricing and product information.
• Conduct product and competitor research.
• Assist in marketplace SEO and keyword research.
• Maintain sales, order and inventory reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Monitor marketplace performance and account health.
• Support the team with returns, refunds and order-related issues.
• Perform other e-commerce operational tasks as required.
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good internet research skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic English communication skills.
• QualificationGraduate / Undergraduate in any stream.
• Freshers and students looking to build a career in e-commerce can apply.
• Prior knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Flipkart or other marketplaces will be an advantage.
