Job Description

  • Reconnect with inactive customers and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.
  • Prepare customer reports, MIS, and follow-up status reports.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently.


Candidates having exposure of working with polymer or rubber Industry would be given weitage.
