COLLECTION TELECALLLER

We are looking for confident, target-oriented, and communication-skilled Collection Telecallers to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, and achieving assigned collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls to follow up on pending and overdue payments.
• Explain outstanding dues, payment schedules, and available payment options clearly.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and effectively.
• Negotiate payment commitments within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer commitments, and payment updates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with the team and update supervisors regarding collection status.
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional and compliant with company policies.
• Follow up on promised payments and take appropriate action on missed commitments.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, or customer service.
• Experience in collection/recovery is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and bold personality with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
• DRA-certified candidates are preferred.
• Candidates with strong collection experience and a proven track record will be preferred.
