Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 15k to 25k (depends on the interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, services, payments, and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure regular follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Prepare and share regular updates/reports with the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned individual and team targets.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in client handling, customer relationship, upselling and cross-selling will be an advantage.
