Hiring: Relationship Manager – CASALocation: Surat
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire new Current & Savings Account customers through open market sourcing. The role also involves cross-selling banking products and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Current & Savings Account customers.
- Generate leads through open market activities.
- Ensure customer onboarding, KYC compliance, and account activation.
- Cross-sell banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CASA/Current Account acquisition or Business Banking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SME/Business Banking and Trade/FX is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
