GeM Portal Operator

We are seeking an experienced GeM Service Portal Operator to manage service procurement activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying service requirements, preparing service bids, coordinating with service providers, managing contracts/work orders, and ensuring timely completion of GeM service procurement activities.

Experience in handling GeM service categories such as:

• Manpower Outsourcing Services
• Security Services
• Housekeeping Services
• Facility Management Services
• Data Entry/IT Services
• Transportation Services
• AMC/Maintenance Services
• Consultancy/Professional Services
• Other customized service requirements
• Required SkillsHands-on knowledge of the GeM Portal, particularly the Services section.
• Experience in creating and managing service bids.
• Knowledge of service specifications, eligibility criteria, SLA requirements, and bid documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
• Good vendor/service-provider coordination skills.
• Ability to understand and prepare technical and commercial requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple service procurement assignments.
