• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain call quality and follow sales processes.
• Update customer details and call records in the system.
