Salary: ₹17,500–₹18,000 Take Home + Incentives

CTC: Approx. ₹2.48 LPA

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for field sales and customer acquisition for Axis Bank. The role involves visiting customers in the assigned area, generating leads, explaining banking products and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits.
• Approach customers and explain relevant banking products.
• Acquire new customers and support business generation.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide basic assistance.
• Achieve assigned sales/business targets.
• Coordinate with the assigned branch for customer onboarding and other sales activities.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Bike and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with complete field work and regular travelling.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales role.

Selection & Joining Process:

• F2F Interview & Briefing – Role and field-work requirements will be explained.
• Hire Pro Test – 40-minute test at the branch.
• 5-Day Online Training – Training on banking products.
• ACP Test – Final assessment to be cleared.
• Document Verification & BGV
• Offer Letter & Onboarding – Branch allocation and joining details will be shared by HR.

Note: No petrol allowance will be provided. Candidates will be allocated a nearby branch based on their residence.
