Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The role involves conducting employment verification of candidates by contacting their previous employers through telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact previous employers and HR departments to verify employment details.
- Conduct verification through telephone calls and email correspondence.
- Maintain records and update verification status.
- Prepare verification reports and handle routine office correspondence.
- Perform documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and email.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Ability to handle records accurately and follow up regularly.
