Job Description
Manage end-to-end project billing tracking, including sales and purchase records, invoice preparation and submission, rate tracking, and payment status.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, purchases, invoices, project costs, and outstanding payments.
Track invoice rates against approved quotations/POs to ensure billing accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and systematic records for all project-related commercial and financial transactions.
Coordinate with the project, purchase, and finance teams to ensure timely billing, reconciliation, and closure of outstanding items.
