Job Description
Export Accounting: Manage commercial and proforma invoicing for international shipments, track foreign remittances,
Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (including handling Letter of Undertaking (LUT) for zero-rated exports), TDS, and Income Tax returns in compliance with government regulations.
Inventory & Manufacturing Costing: Track raw material purchases (stainless steel), calculate production costs, and maintain accurate inventory valuation for both raw materials and finished goods.
Daily Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable (processing vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (following up on buyer payments).
Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier/transporter ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for management review.
