Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Personal LoanCompany: Vijayjyothi Financiers Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain Personal Loan products and services.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and convince interested customers.
  • Understand customers' basic eligibility and loan requirements.
  • Explain the required documents and loan process to customers.
  • Conduct KYC tele-verification of customers.
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
  • Forward interested customer leads to the Sales/Credit team.
  • Follow up on pending leads to improve customer conversion.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
  • Telecalling or Loan/NBFC experience will be preferred.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
