Team Leader - Operations

Job Title: Team leaders. 

Team Leader drives branch or regional revenue by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve targets for products like loans, credit cards, and accounts. They are responsible for performance tracking, training, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to enhance performance, conducting one-on-one reviews and providing feedback.
• Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly team sales targets.
• Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and sourcing to, in some cases, final product delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure all team sales activities adhere to bank policies, KYC norms, and RBI/regulatory standards.
• Customer Service: Address high-level customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies. 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2–6 years of banking sales experience on paper.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of retail banking products (loans, credit cards, insurance) and compliance regulations.

Salary and Benefits:1. Basic salary (approx. ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month take home)
