Job Description
Job Description: Operational Assistant (Exhibition Industry)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Exhibition / Event Fabrication.
- Venue & Vendor Coordination: Process organizer permits, service forms, gate passes, and coordinate with vendors.
- Logistics Management: Organize transport schedules and material delivery to show venues.
- On-Site Supervision: Monitor daytime build-up to ensure stall construction matches approved layout drawings.
- Issue Resolution: Handle site requirements during setup and support clients during show hours.
- Post-Show Handover: Oversee daytime dismantling, asset retrieval, inventory tracking, and site handovers.
- Admin Support: Track site expenses, delivery challans, and vendor invoices in MS Excel.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of operations experience in exhibition stall fabrication.
- Basic knowledge of stall construction materials (MDF, metal, acrylic) and technical layouts.
- Strong vendor coordination and proficiency in MS Excel.
