Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating leads, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales through effective offline marketing initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Coordinate hoardings, banners, standees, pamphlets, brochures, newspaper ads, kiosks and other promotional materials.
• Plan and execute BTL activities, roadshows, exhibitions, property events, activations and outdoor campaigns.
• Identify high-potential locations for branding and lead-generation activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, printers and event partners for timely execution.
• Manage branding at project sites, sales offices and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Presales teams to understand lead requirements and campaign performance.
• Track leads generated through offline activities and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor campaign budgets, vendor quotations and execution costs.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility of the company's projects across targeted locations.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, expenses, vendor details and campaign results.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing events, property exhibitions and customer engagement activities.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of offline, BTL and field marketing.
• Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai / Mumbai market.
• Strong vendor and event coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for marketing activities.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing will be preferred.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in Real Estate, BTL Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Event Marketing, Activations or Field Marketing will be preferred.
