## Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented **Pre-Sales Executive** to handle lead calling, customer follow-ups and lead qualification. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers and generating quality site visit opportunities for the sales/closing team.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Contact leads received through various sources.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.

* Qualify leads based on customer interest and buying potential.

* Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing and offers.

* Follow up with interested customers regularly.

* Generate and schedule site visits for the sales team.

* Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.

* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

* Coordinate with the closing/sales team for smooth lead handover.

* Follow up on old and pending leads to improve conversion.

* Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly site visit targets.

## Required Skills

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Good telephone etiquette.

* Strong follow-up ability.

* Comfortable with regular calling and customer interaction.

* Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management systems.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Real estate pre-sales experience will be an advantage.
