HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team.The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to identify suitable candidates, and a strong interest in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer rollouts with the HR team.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, or WorkIndia.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience may apply.
• Candidates should be proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
