Recruitment Specialist

Experience:- 0 – 2 Years 

Education:- Graduate / MBA (HR)

Preferred Job Description :-

·      Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

·      Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

·      Create and update job descriptions and job specifications as per business requirements.

·      Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and databases.

·      Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.

·      Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.

·      Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·      Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

·      Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates with management.

·      Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

·      Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.

·      Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

·      Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and recruitment partners.

·      Handle project-based recruitment requirements and manpower mobilization activities.

·      Travel to project locations, if required, for recruitment drives and employee coordination.

·      Manage employee queries and HR-related communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
