Job Description

Designation- Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Receptionist – 1 post (female) Vashi Office

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs. of experience as receptionist and back office work. Should be well spoken and fluent in spoken and written English, to be able to communicate properly over phone and email.

Location : Navi Mumbai


Job Responsibilities

 

 Attending telephone calls and handling of Email

 Maintaining record of inward and outward correspondence,

 Maintaining of various registers such as Location register and Enquiry Register and date maintenance in system

 Maintaining attendance and leave record in ERP

 Co-ordinating with placement for hiring of cadidates

 Techno savvy- able to Manage social media platforms eg. LinkedIn and Facebook

 Co-ordinating with couriers

 Any other letter as per instruction of seniors.

 Administration co-ordination work

 Knowledge of words and excel
