Job Description
- Supervise and manage day-to-day factory production activities.
- Allocate work to workers and monitor manpower productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Monitor the quality of materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Production, Dispatch, and Management teams.
- Maintain proper records of production, material consumption, wastage, and manpower.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of glass, aluminium profiles, hardware, and other materials.
- Monitor loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory safety procedures.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Control material wastage and maintain proper inventory at the factory.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, and daily work allocation.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Ensure the factory premises are clean and properly organized.
