Job Description

Buboon Boba & Bites is a growing boba brand with 2 outlets in Mumbai, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day outlet operations
  • Managing and coordinating outlet staff
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Ensuring quality and consistency
  • Improving operational processes
  • Handling day-to-day operational issues

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or operations
  • Good people-management skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Hands-on and responsible
  • Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
