Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (RMC):


1. Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of RMC as per customer/site requirements.

2. Coordinate with the Plant, Batching, Transport, and Site teams for vehicle allocation.

3. Prepare and maintain delivery challans, dispatch slips, and other required documents.

4. Track transit mixers and monitor delivery status.

5. Ensure the correct quantity, grade, and destination are mentioned in dispatch documents.

6. Coordinate with customers/sites regarding delivery schedules and any delays.

7. Maintain records of dispatched loads, vehicle details, delivery times, and returned/ rejected concrete.

8. Ensure proper communication between the RMC plant, drivers, and site teams.

9. Report any dispatch delays, vehicle issues, or delivery discrepancies to the concerned manager.
