We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a US Voice Process. The role involves handling US customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and identifying opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
Candidates should have good English communication and customer-handling skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational US night shifts, weekends/holidays, and rotational weekly offs.
