Job Summary: Customer Care Executive – US Voice Process

  • Role: Customer Care Executive (US Voice Process – Customer Service & Sales)
  • Location & Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts (Login between 4:30 PM & 1:30 AM | 9-hour shifts | Rotational 2 consecutive days off)
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass with 6+ months experience OR Bachelor's Degree (Freshers welcome)
  • Compensation: Night Shift Allowance + Drop Facility (12:00 AM – 5:00 AM)

Key Requirements

  • Skills: Excellent English fluency, strong sales/upselling skills, objection handling, and basic CRM/computer skills.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with night shifts, target-oriented environment, and working weekends/holidays.
