Job Role: Non-Voice Process Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and tickets.
  • Process customer requests accurately and within TAT.
  • Maintain records and follow company SOPs.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Escalate complex issues when required.

Requirements:

  • Good written English communication.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
