Job Description
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● KYC & Compliance — Process and verify client KYC, CKYC and Re-KYC documentation as per regulatory norms.
● Account Setup — Create and manage client accounts and folios across relevant transaction platforms.
● Transaction Processing — Execute purchases, SIPs, redemptions and switches accurately, and reconcile them daily.
● Client Onboarding — Guide new clients through documentation, account opening and their first investment.
● Client Servicing — Address client queries, generate reports and statements, and ensure timely resolution.
● Record Keeping — Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and operational documentation.
■ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
● Education — Graduate in any stream.
● Experience — 0–3 years in financial-services operations (preferred); freshers may apply.
● Learning Agility — Willingness to learn AMFI/SEBI regulatory compliance.
● Technical — Working knowledge of MS Excel and operational platforms.
● Communication — Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
● Attributes — Organised, reliable, accurate and client-focused.
