Job Description
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day maintenance activities across outlets.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service requirements.
Follow up with vendors for timely completion of work and pending issues.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
Prepare and update maintenance-related data, trackers, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Mandatory: Good knowledge of MS Excel & MIS.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and vendor management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage maintenance-related activities efficiently.
Prior experience in maintenance coordination/vendor management will be an added advantage.
