Job Description

KONNBOT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for Nagpur who can independently manage field sales, client handling, architect networking, business development, and deal closures.

The company will provide leads to the candidate. The candidate will be responsible for contacting the provided leads, conducting client meetings, building professional relationships, and converting these leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into potential business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits and attend meetings with potential clients across Nagpur.
• Generate additional hot leads through networking, market visits, references, and field activities.
• Build strong professional relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and property owners.
• Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present company services effectively.
• Convince clients and architects to collaborate with the company and generate business opportunities.
• Follow up with clients and architects, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and proper handling of client requirements.
• Manage client relationships from the initial meeting to final deal closure.
• Maintain daily records of client meetings, company-provided leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth in Nagpur.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Strong experience in field sales, client handling, lead conversion, and deal closures.
• Ability to effectively follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-convincing skills.
• Ability to independently conduct client and architect meetings.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or building-related services will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Nagpur for client meetings and field visits.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and achieve sales targets.

Salary & Incentives

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
